3. Sufficient rest and relaxation
4. Good posture
5. Positive attitude

#4 above is the most important in Chiropractors’ minds. Poor posture stresses the nerves exiting the spine and can interfere with nerve information going out to the body organs and returning to the brain.

This video is of Rav Shalom on a routine visit. It was too difficult for Rav Shalom to do the Dynamic Side Bridge on the lower surface (treatment table) so the second video demonstrates how we improvised and moved into the kitchen, where he performed it much better on the counter top.
